Workshop

Le MOnde des Mathématiques Industrielles (MOMI 2018) is a two-day workshop on applied and industrial mathematics that took place on the 26th and 27th of February, 2018. The workshop took place at the Inria Sophia Antipolis-Mediteranée research center. In total, 3 keynote speakers, 8 industrial speakers and 80 participants (researchers, PhDs , and engineers) attended MOMI 2018.

In the course of the workshop, participants had the opportunity to interact and exchange ideas, during the coffee/lunch breaks. Moreover, a dinner took place at the Transat restaurant in Antibes on the 26th of February. This social event provided the 64 attendees it attracted with a chance to further explore their common research interests and the possibility of future collaborations, all while enjoying a delightful dinner in a cozy atmosphere.

Doctoral formation credits/hours

EDSTIC :

  • 1 ECTS of scientific formation for the doctoral students that followed the entire workshop.
  • 1 ECTS of professional formation for the organizers.

EDSFA :

  • 2h/half day of inter-scientific formation, total of 8h for the doctoral students that followed the entire workshop (scientific formation for students with a poster).
  • 10h of professional formation for the organizers.
